Returns and Refunds
We always check your goods for quality before dispatch. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item (terms & conditions apply) less postage and packaging providing that you return the goods to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchange will be made only if the original receipt is included with the goods returned. For items found to be faulty, full refund, replacement or exchange will be given. The replacement or exchange will be sent to you free of p&p. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before such refund, replacement or exchange can be given and to refuse it if the goods have been damaged by misuse. Refunds can be made only to the original purchaser (the receipt must be included with the returned goods). Goods damaged in transit will be replaced and sent to you free of p&p charge. However, we must be notified within 48 hours from the time you have received your goods. If we cannot provide the replacement, a full refund will be given. Our goods are guaranteed against manufacturing faults but not misuse. Items that have been altered in any way, damaged by misuse or show signs of wear, cannot be accepted for return, credit or exchange. Improperly packed and incomplete returns will be returned to the sender.
The refund, exchange or replacement can only be given once we receive the goods back from you.
We recommend that you send your returns insured using Recorded or Special Delivery Service. Our guarantee is in addition to your Statutory Consumer Rights.

We are a small team starting up a new shop so bear with us. We will do our best to answer queries as quickly as possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
